This innovative service is designed to work seamlessly with both the PC and NAS versions of Xunlei, and it is currently available for free to all users.
The MCP service from Xunlei has been integrated with several mainstream large model applications, both domestically and internationally. Applications like Nano AI, Button Space, Cursor, and Cherry Studio are just a few examples of platforms that can now be connected to MCP. By clearly articulating their needs within these AI applications that support MCP, users can initiate a download process that is handled automatically by the AI.
The process begins with obtaining a Xunlei MCP link. Users are directed to the Xunlei MCP management homepage, where they log in and click on the "Create Application" button, entering an application name for easy management. Upon successful creation, a unique Xunlei MCP link is generated, which can be copied and saved for future setup.
Next, users integrate MCP with Nano AI. They open Nano AI, navigate to the large model interface, and follow the prompts to "Add Tool" and then "Add MCP Service." Here, they input the MCP name, select "Server-Sent Events (SSE)," and paste the previously copied link from Xunlei Cloud, confirming the action.
After this, users must open the Xunlei client and access the "Settings" menu. In the "Download Settings," they enable "Remote Download."
With these configurations in place, users can now activate intelligent downloading. Returning to the large model interface, they select their desired model, click on "Tools," and check both "Xunlei MCP" and "Nano AI Web Scraping." By clicking "Connect," users can now issue commands, either verbally or in text, to create download tasks effortlessly. The AI will then search for resources and initiate downloads.
